A web interface for judging work: projects as tiles; a project's stats, activity and main line; changes with revisions, diffs, evidence and discussion; points with their diffs; files at any point. Server-rendered HTML, no scripts. The daily twig mark and favicon move into the server (src/twig.rs), checked against the TypeScript generator. Public projects only until web sign-in.
